Precision polymers in supercritical carbon dioxide

Supercritical carbon dioxide can been seen as a green solvent as it is not toxic, with no impact on the environment. We develop RAFT-derived amphiphilic copolymers based on polyvinyl esters for the stabilization of water/CO2 emulsions.
Another center of interest is the precipitation polymerization of acrylic acid in scCO2 as a means to produce VOC-free materials.
